Peter Jackson is the Chairman, CEO, President and Founder of Intraware. Under his leadership since 1996, Intraware has become the leading provider of Electronic Software Delivery and Management solutions. Prior to Intraware, Jackson served as President and COO of Dataflex Corporation and spearheaded the company's growth from a $100 million regional systems integrator to a $450 million national, full-service network integrator. Prior to Dataflex, Jackson was the founder, President and CEO of Granite Computer Products, Inc., a corporate computer hardware reseller and services provider. Named Red Herring's Entrepreneur of the Year in 1998, Jackson holds a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and a Certificate in Executive Management from Stanford University. Wendy Nieto is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Intraware. In this role, Ms. Nieto is responsible for corporate finance. Nieto previously served in various senior finance positions at Intraware including Controller, and Principal Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance. Ms. Nieto brings over 15 years of experience at both public and private companies serving in a progression of financial management positions. Most recently, she held Director of Finance positions in both the corporate accounting and operations group of Chiron Corporation, a leading global biotechnology company. A Certified Public Accountant, Ms. Nieto holds a B.S. from California State University, Hayward and an M.B.A. from St. Mary's University, California. In 2006 she was named to the Board of Regents of St. Mary's University to advise the Officers and Board of Trustees of the College.
Paul Martinelli is the Chief Technology Officer and a co-founder of Intraware. As a co-founder, Paul designed the systems and architecture for the original concepts of ESDM. In his current role, he is responsible for the operations of the customer database systems and data management, and spearheads research and development of new electronic software delivery and management service features and technology. Prior to joining Intraware, Martinelli held a number of IT applications design, systems engineering, networking, and management positions at Dataflex and Sybase. Justin Benson is Senior Vice President of Business Development, Sales & Marketing for Intraware. In this role, he is responsible for developing Intraware’s go to market strategy for applying Intraware's existing technology to new vertical markets. In addition, he is also responsible for developing the SubscribeNet service customer base, oversees the company’s corporate and product marketing programs, and also holds responsibility for the development of the company’s strategic alliance relationships. Prior to his current position, Benson was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Intraware. Earlier, he was Vice President of Sales for Intraware’s Eastern Region and, previous to that, he managed the vendor relationship team for Intraware’s Services Division. Previous to joining Intraware, Benson worked within Client Relations for the Charles Schwab brokerage before moving to an online brokerage start up that was later acquired by Discover Card. Benson holds a BA in Politics, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Economics from Monash University, Melbourne Australia.
Toby Pieper is Vice President of Engineering for Intraware. In this role, Mr. Pieper is responsible for product development including software development, data architecture, site implementations and quality assurance. He has been with Intraware since its inception in 1996 and has played a lead role in the development of Intraware’s flagship product SubscribeNet. Prior to Intraware, he held technical positions at SBE Inc. and NCR. Mr. Pieper holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego – Revelle College.
Roman Reznicek is Vice President of Finance and Corporate Strategy for Intraware. In this role, he is responsible for the company's strategic, business and financial planning, as well as organizational effectiveness and Investor Relations. Prior to joining Intraware, Reznicek served as a senior management consultant both in the Strategic Services division of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC Index) and in the Financial Services practice of Arthur D. Little, International, a global strategy consulting firm. Mr. Reznicek holds a B.S. and a B.A. from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and an M.B.A. with emphasis in strategy and finance from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
James Brentanois Vice President of Sales and Solutions Engineering for Intraware. In this role he is responsible for overseeing the development of mutually beneficial business and technical agreements with new and existing customers for Intraware’s digital delivery services. With over eight years’ tenure at Intraware, Mr. Brentano has held a variety of senior management positions in both technology and business at the company. During a recent 2 year hiatus from Intraware Mr. Brentano served as Vice President of Sales and Solutions Engineering, Americas for Workshare Technology, an information security company. Prior to Intraware he held senior technical and management positions at Pacific Gas and Electric Company and Pacific Bell (now AT&T). Mr. Brentano holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis.
Lisa Haugh is the General Counsel for Intraware. In this role, Ms. Haugh is responsible for providing legal counsel on all business and financial matters concerning the company. Prior to joining Intraware, she served as Assistant General Counsel at OpenTV, Inc., a publicly-traded company that offers software solutions for digital and interactive television, where she provided a wide range of legal advice and support. Ms. Haugh received a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and a J.D from Santa Clara University School of Law and is admitted to the State Bar Association of California.
Roger Johnsen is the Vice President of Information Technology at Intraware. In this role, Mr. Johnsen is responsible for providing strategic and functional leadership in the areas of information technology and information security, and managing the operation of technology components supporting products and corporate services. Mr. Johnsen has over 15 years in various management positions with leading technology organizations. Prior to joining Intraware, he provided executive IT consulting services for iTerra Communications and Google. Prior to consulting, he served as Chief Information Officer for Symphony Technology Group, a strategic holding group of companies including Information Resources Inc., Lawson Software, Capco and others providing strategic vision and technology leadership across all portfolio companies. He also held various senior management roles within Symphony Technology holdings including Vice President of Enterprise Infrastructure for Symphony Services, the world’s largest commercial software development outsourcer. Mr. Johnsen also served as Director of Worldwide Technical Services Information Technology for White Light Systems Inc., and in various engineering and Management roles at Electronic Arts and Maxis. Mr. Johnsen has a proven track record of delivering best of breed solutions for increased performance while aligning IT with the needs of the business.
