Intraware's board members bring valuable experience to the areas of software development, marketing, and domestic and international business development.

Peter H. Jackson is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and is the CEO, President and Founder of Intraware. Under his leadership since 1996, Intraware has become the leading provider of Electronic Software Delivery and Management solutions. Prior to Intraware, Jackson served as President and COO of Dataflex Corporation and spearheaded the company's growth from a $100 million regional systems integrator to a $450 million national, full-service network integrator. Prior to Dataflex, Jackson was the founder, President and CEO of Granite Computer Products, Inc., a corporate computer hardware reseller and services provider. Named Red Herring's Entrepreneur of the year in 1998, Jackson holds a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and a Certificate in Executive Management from Stanford University.

Brendan A. (Mac) McLoughlin joined Intraware's Board in July, 2002 and has had a distinguished sales management career in the global computer industry. He initially began at IBM Corporation, serving 15 years in various sales and sales management positions. Mac then served ten years at Compaq, where he held several sales management positions, including Vice President North American Sales. McLoughlin has also served as Senior Vice President, Americas at Fujitsu PC Corporation, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and a Board member at VisionTek Corporation, Senior Vice President of Sales at Navigation Technologies, and Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Dataflex Corporation. McLoughlin holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, N.C., and Executive Certificates from Harvard University Business School and the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. He served as a Flight Officer in the U.S. Navy for five years, earning the rank of Lieutenant, and received eight Air Medals for outstanding combat service during the Vietnam War.

Raymond L. Ocampo Jr. joined Intraware's Board in November 2003 and brings nearly 30 years of corporate governance and legal experience in information technology companies. Ocampo served more than 10 years as Oracle Corporation's chief legal counsel before retiring in 1996 as the company's Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary. Ocampo co-founded and served as Executive Director of the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology and currently serves on the boards of PMI Group, Inc. (PMI), CytoGenix, Inc. (CYGX) and Pinpoint Solutions Corporation. He previously served on the boards of Vantive Corporation and Teamscape Corporation (before their separate acquisitions by PeopleSoft, Inc.) and Spruce Technologies, Inc. (before its acquisition by Apple Computer, Inc.). Ocampo received his undergraduate degree from U.C.L.A. and his law degree from Boalt Hall School of Law at U.C. Berkeley.

Peter F. Pervere joined Intraware's Board in March 2003. In May 2002, Mr. Pervere retired as the Chief Financial Officer of Commerce One, Inc. a position he held since 1997. Prior to joining Commerce One, Pervere was Vice President and Corporate Controller of Sybase, Inc. He was directly involved in the Initial Public Offerings and subsequent financings at Commerce One and Sybase. For both companies, he managed all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, internal audit, tax, financial planning, treasury, investor relations, real estate and facilities management. Prior to joining Sybase, Pervere was an Audit Manager at Ernst and Young. Mr. Pervere gained a B.A from Stanford University, was certified as a Public Accountant in California, and is a member of the Financial Executives Institute.

Bradley M. Shuster joined Intraware's Board in May 2004 and is currently President and CEO of PMI Capital Corporation (PMICC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of The PMI Group, Inc. (NYSE:PMI). He brings over 20 years of experience, including his current responsibilities for the management and oversight of PMI's subsidiaries and investments in the areas of Lender Services, International Mortgage Insurance and Financial Guaranty, along with the management and direction for future corporate strategic diversification efforts. Prior to joining PMI in 1995, Shuster was an Audit Partner for Deloitte & Touche LLP where he served on Deloitte's National Partner Compensation Committee and was Partner-in-Charge of Recruitment for the Northern California Practice. Shuster holds a B.S. degree from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Shuster is also the Chairman of the Board of PMI Australia and of Fairbanks Capital Corporation and serves on the Board of Directors of Luther Burbank Corporation, PMI Mortgage Insurance Co., PMI Capital Corporation, PMI Europe, and Financial Guaranty Insurance Company.

Alexander H. Danzberger, Jr. Mr. Danzberger was appointed as a member of the board of directors on June 2007. Mr. Danzberger currently serves as Vice President - Corporate Development for Digital River, Inc. ("Digital River") and is responsible for leading Digital River's acquisition efforts. During his tenure, Digital River has expanded its European presence, assembled the core technology platforms for Digital River's marketStudio™ , OneNetwork Direct™ and marketForce™ service offerings and entered into new vertical markets. Prior to this role, he held the position of Vice President - Software Distribution & Commerce Services and had responsibility primarily for Digital River's customer service operations. Prior to joining Digital River, Mr. Danzberger held various leadership roles at Honeywell International, Inc., which included being the General Manager for Honeywell's Asia Pacific Shared Services organization, Director for Honeywell's China Area operations and Assistant Treasurer. He began his career at Chase Manhattan Bank and held positions with the Global Investment Bank in both New York and Chicago.
